Day 01 -

Arrive in Colombo and unwind after your journey, preparing for an adventure filled with cultural and natural wonders.

Day 02 -

Travel to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred Buddhist sites, followed by an enchanting traditional dance performance showcasing Sri Lanka’s artistic heritage.

Day 03 -

Journey to Mahiyanganaya, where you’ll experience traditional clay-making and ‘Pan’ weaving in a local village. Enjoy an authentic rice and curry lunch before trekking to the hidden waterfalls of Rathna Ella and Kaluwa Wetuna Ella, surrounded by lush greenery.

Day 04 -

Spend a full day with the indigenous Vedda community in Dambana. Take a bush walk through the jungle, explore ancient cave dwellings, and visit a Vedda village to gain insight into their centuries-old traditions. In the evening, gather around a campfire for a BBQ dinner and Vedda dance performance, a truly immersive cultural experience.

Day 05 -

Travel to Gal Oya National Park, one of Sri Lanka’s hidden gems. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the national park before embarking on an afternoon jeep safari, spotting elephants and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 06 -

Join the Gal Oya Vedda village chief for a guided walk through the ancestral jungle lands. Learn about traditional hunting techniques, listen to folk tales, and experience the songs of the indigenous people as you explore their sacred territory.

Day 07 -

Start the day with a boat safari in Gal Oya National Park, cruising along Sri Lanka’s only wildlife-filled reservoir. Later, take part in a hands-on cooking experience at a local home, preparing and enjoying traditional Sri Lankan cuisine.

Day 08 -

Travel to Ella and embark on a morning hike to Little Adam’s Peak, offering spectacular panoramic views of the central highlands. Visit the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, a masterpiece of colonial-era railway construction surrounded by lush tea plantations.

Day 09 -

Transfer to Weligama, where you can relax by the golden beaches before heading to the airport for departure.
